Why Play?
ZogCulture is the expert in professional and fun team building events. Whether your employees are virtual, in-person, or hybrid, ZogCulture’s events will transport participants beyond their typical day-to-day through immersive playful experiences.
Why we started ZogLife
After his close call on September 11, 2001, Robert Herzog was inspired to create an organization that brought people together to have fun, give back, and create a community.
Every single year, ZogLife brings together over 150,000 players, friends, coworkers, and teammates. And we know it takes a village, so we’ve also donated over $3.4 million to charity, to help them do the hard work of building stronger communities.
Never stop playing.
To play is to be human. So we built two amazing businesses around it. What started in 2002 with a single football tournament in New York City has grown into ZogSports, the largest social sport leagues in the country.
With ZogCulture, we have already cornered the market on using play to create more productive, positive connections and culture within companies. We’ve grown from in-person events like field days and summer picnics to virtual events, which allow companies to hold professional, engaging, and high production value experiences, even while working from home.
Together as ZogLife, our mission is to create real personal connections, caring communities, and a sense of play. We hope you’ll join us for some fun.
"ZogCulture executed a seamless 4-day virtual conference for our 200 person team. We had lofty dreams for tons of breakout rooms, internal & external speakers, panel discussions, etc., and they made the experience extremely engaging for our team. Our attendees said this was one of their favorite conferences, despite it being virtual! The Zog team were fantastic partners, going above and beyond to ensure the event was successful. We can’t wait for our next virtual conference with them!"
