Robert Herzog

If his smile and singing are any indication, Rob Herzog loves coming to work every day. This is no coincidence as he built this culture on purpose. After working as a consultant for a decade, Rob founded ZogCulture and ZogSports, two companies that focus on building real personal connections, caring communities, and a sense of play (whether at work or after hours).

Speaking of after hours, Rob enjoys hanging with his wife Laurin and their two sons, Spencer and Jackson. In fact, Rob says his lifetime sports highlight was meeting Laurin even while getting mercy-ruled in a citywide softball tournament. Have mercy, indeed.
