As COO, Mike wakes up every day with a passion for bringing more caring into workplaces around the country.

Mike started on the road as consultant at Accenture and BCG, with detours at Wharton and a networking website for high school athletes before finally finding Zog. Now he wakes up every day with a passion for bringing more caring into workplaces around the country.

When he’s not trying to change people’s lives, Mike is convincing his entire family to become Jets fans under the naive belief that the Jets are due a Super Bowl win. Please don’t tell him otherwise.
